Terms of Service

Geral

☆ Credits may not be altered in any way
☆ Commissions are made for personal use unless otherwise agreed.
☆ NSFW (Not Safe For Work) commissions may or may not be accepted depending on the content requested.

Application Process

☆ To request a commission, please contact me preferably via Instagram DM or on my discord
☆ Provide a clear and detailed description of what you want. Visual references are highly recommended.
☆ After discussing the details, I'll provide you with a quote and an estimated delivery time.

Payment

☆ Payment must be made via Palpay (you must send proof)
☆ I work with 100% payment before the sketch, or 70% before and 30% after.
☆ Cancellations must be made before the start of the job in order to receive a full refund.
☆ If the work is already underway, the refund will be partial, based on the progress made.

Revisions

☆ Revisions are unlimited until the end of the draft.
☆ Additional revisions or significant changes after the draft phase may incur extra fees.
☆ Once the work is finalized, only minor corrections will be made free of charge.

Delivery times

☆ The deadline for completion of the commission will be estimated upon acceptance of the order.
☆ I will endeavor to meet the deadline, but delays may occur.☆ If a delay is necessary, I will inform the customer as soon as possible.

Uses

☆ You (client) can use the character I created to create content (emotes/miniatures/vtubers models)

Confidentiality

☆ Qualquer informação pessoal fornecida pelo cliente será mantida em sigilo e usada exclusivamente para a gestão da commission.
